(Last updated on November 30, 2018)

Shay posted a list of Specops Debug keys here.
When troubleshooting PXE problems related to OS Deployment it’s also useful to enable these regkeys:

To obtain trace information, you must enable tracing in the Windows Deployment Services server component. To do this, set the following registry entry:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftTracingWDSServer
Name: EnableFileTracing
Value type: REG_DWORD
Value data: 1
Then, configure the components that you want to be logged by setting one or both of the following registry keys to a 0 value.

•    Windows Deployment Services PXE
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetservicesWDSServerProvidersWDSPXETraceDisabled = 0

•    Windows Deployment Services TFTP
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetservicesWDSServerProvidersWDSTFTPTraceDisabled = 0
After you set this registry entry, trace information for the Windows Deployment Services server component is logged in the following file: %windir%Tracingwdsserver.log
