Specops Reporting – some computers have no OS and Hardware information.
Some computers have no OS and Hardware information in the report. It’s completely blank.
- In Group Policy Management and Active Directory, make sure that the configured Specops Inventory computer gpo is applied to the affected computer accounts.
- Check the configured Specops Inventory settings in the GPO. Make sure that the categories “General hardware information” and “Operating system” are enabled/ticked.
- Make sure that the Specops Inventory client is installed on all of the affected Machines.
When all of the above has been confirmed, try to run a gpupdate /force on one of the Machines, refresh the Specops Reporting site and check the machine again.
