For getting Specops Deploy working with UEFI, here’s what you need to know:
Use IP helper addresses on your switches/routers instead of DHCP Options 66/67 – Option 66/67 requires that you set a boot file name and it can only be a BIOS or a UEFI file. Simply setting an IP helper address for the deployment server will let the WDS server decide what boot file to dish out.
Run your deployment servers on Server 2012/2012R2/2016 – UEFI is still a changing standard, so the older the OS the more incompatible WDS will be.
Make sure you are running the latest Specops Deploy/MDT/ADK (same reasons as above).
