When opening the Specops Deploy / APP admin tool on the server the following error message is being received:

Possible cause
Proxy settings
Open a Internet Explorer browser on the server, Go to Settings – Internet Options – Connections – LAN settings and disable any proxy settings.
Make sure only Automatically detect settings is ticked/enabled
If the Specops Deploy / APP admin tool now can be open without any error then you know that it was caused by proxy settings.
Possible solution
Whitelist the Specops Deploy / APP server or keep the proxy settings disabled
