Un-enrolling a User
This is useful to know if you are in the process of testing or you have a need to un-enroll a user for one reason or another. The below are 2 ways in which you can do so.
Removing enrollment from the Secure Service Desk Portal. The link for this can be found in your gatekeeper:
Once in the Secure Service Desk portal, you can choose to remove individual identity services or you can choose to remove all of them:
Delete the leaf object from Active Directory. You can do this by ensuring the following settings are enabled:
After the settings are enabled, locate the user you would like to delete the enrollment data for and expand the user object and delete the SpecopsAuthentication leaf object:
Once either option is done, the user will then have to re-enroll in the identity services:
