This content is intended for administrators who are responsible for managing user accounts in their Microsoft Active Directory environment. Before you perform the tasks in this guide, please ensure you have correctly installed Specops Secure Service Desk.
Secure Service Desk can be configured from:
- The Gatekeeper Admin Tool: Contains the installation information for Secure Service Desk and can be used to manage system wide configuration settings in teh Active Directory Settings. Here the service desk agents can be configured as well (Active Directory Settings > User admin group)
- Authentication Web: Once you have installed and configured the Gatekeeper, users that are members of the Specops Authentication Admin Group can further configure the solution from the Specops Authentication web: https://login.specopssoft.com/authentication/admin
