Troubleshooting | Server Status Page

The Specops status page provides an overview of the operational status of the Specops servers, both in Europe and in America. It will also show the operational status for those third party services that provide such information.

Automatic server status updates

It is possible to receive automatic updates for any operational changes occurring on the status page. You will get a notification every time the status of your selected servers changes.

  1. Select the Subscribe button at the top right of the page.
  2. Select the method you would like to subscribe with: email, webhook, RSS or Slack.
Email (subscription)1. Enter your email address in the email field.
2. Select the Subscribe button.
3. Check your email and select the confirmation link. A management page will open.
4. Manage your subscription, then select the Save Subscription button.
Email (manage subscription)1. Select the Manage Existing Subscription link at the bottom.
2. Enter your email address and select the Manage Subscription button
3. Check your email and select the confirmation link.
4. Manage your subscription, then select the Save Subscription button.
Webhook (subscription)1. Enter a URL in the URL field(each status change will be posted as a JSON payload to this URL) and an email address in the email field.
2. Select the Subscribe button.
3. Check your email and select the confirmation link. A management page will open.
4. Manage your subscription, then select the Save Subscription button.
Webhook (manage subscription)1. Select the Manage Existing Subscription link at the bottom.
2. Enter the URL and the email address you signed up with and select the Manage Subscription button.
3. Check your email and select the confirmation link. A management page will open.
4. Manage your subscription, then select the Save Subscription button.
RSS (subscription)1. Select the RSS Feed link. A new tab with the RSS feed will open.
2. Copy the feed and use this to subscribe to the RSS feed.
Slack (subscribe)1. Select the Add to Slack button. The app will automatically be added to your workspace.
Slack (manage subscription)1. Select the Manage Existing Subscription link at the bottom.
2. Enter your Slack channel ID in the ID field, and your email in the email field, then select the Manage Subscription button.
3. Check your email and select the confirmation link. A management page will open.
4. Manage your subscription, then select the Save Subscription button.
